Recreation Department Calendar

For this Saturday’s hike on March 5, we are going to be visiting the Headland’s International Dark Sky Park (during the day) in Mackinaw City!

For this Saturday’s hike on March 12th, we are going to be trying out the Peakaboo Trail just between Cedarville and Hessel, half a mile North of M134. We will park and meet at Cedarville High School track on State road at 2pm.

Little Bear East will be hosting a community game night from 5pm-8pm. Both child-friendly and adult games will be provided. Some board and card games include Candyland, Monopoly, Sequence, Catan, Phase 10, and more! Snacks and drinks will be provided so we hope to see you there.

Our Saturday hike this week (3.19) will be at Straits State Park at 2 pm! We will be meeting in the back of the Family Fare parking lot (the section that is closest to US-2/State St.) and walking into the park together.

Our next community hike will take place on Saturday, March 26th at 2pm, and we will be going back to the William B.
