ZBA Meeting

The St. Ignace ZBA will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. The hearing will be held virtually via Zoom and in person at City Hall, 396 N. State Street.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a variance request. 999 South State Street has requested a variance to operate a funeral home business on the premises of the Zion Lutheran Church, which is in an R1 district.
Written comments may be emailed to Stephanie Baar at sbaar@cityofstignace.com, mailed to City Hall, or left in the drop box behind City Hall prior to September 30, 2022 and they will become part of the hearing record.
