Compensation Committee

The purpose of the Compensation Committee is to determine the salaries of elected City officials. 

Members are expected to:

• Research to determine appropriate salaries for City Council
• Serve 5-year terms
• Not be employed by a government agency
• Meet, as called by the Committee Chair.

Members should have knowledge or experience with Human Resources, Accounting, Recruitment & Employment, or Administration/Organizational Development.

Members are appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council.
