December Board of Review

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Review will hold a Special Meeting at the City Hall on December 13th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. to correct qualified errors, Qualified Agricultural Exemptions, Poverty Exemptions, and Qualified Disabled Veterans Exemptions in the 2022 assessment and/or tax roll.
An owner of property that is a “qualified principal residence”, or is a “qualified agricultural property" on June 1, may appeal to the Board of review if an affidavit was claimed to have been filed, but the exemption was not on the tax roll. Pursuant to MCL 211.7b, exemptions for qualified disabled veterans or their surviving unmarried spouses may also be heard.
