Planning Commission Meeting & Public Hearing

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the start of their regular monthly meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on proposed amendments to the Temporary Dwellings section of the Zoning Ordinance. The changes seek to allow people to reside in temporary dwellings while actively constructing a permanent dwelling within the City. The changes also seek to extend the allowed time for temporary, recreational occupancy on private property with an existing primary dwelling. The proposed changes can be found here.
