Public Hearing-Zoning Code Changes

The St. Ignace Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held virtually via Zoom and in person at Little Bear East.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on proposed Zoning Ordinance changes. The changes aim to bring the St. Ignace Zoning Code language into conformance with current State of Michigan Building Code and Residential Code language related to floor space and area for residential housing.
